Christmas

Well it's the last day of school before the Christmas break. Today we have 3 academic periods and then Christmas parties for the last two periods. Then we dismiss for the break.

The kids came in dressed in their Sunday best looking sharp. They are so happy as they distribute the gifts they bought for their friends and teachers. For their parties there will be plenty of good food and snacks. Good Christmas music. Video and board games. And a great time of fellowship!

We thank God for His abundant grace in allowing us to learn and fellowship together. We are truely the family of God. Upper Room Christian School is an extension of the church which is His bride and the apple of His eye. We are eternally grateful for the birth, death and resurection of our Lord Jesus Christ and we celebrate the day that we commemorate His Coming and we anticipate His return!

Have a Blessed Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
Grace and Peace,
Pastor D

This time is special for our students because they come from so many different school districts. Some of the students won't see their classmates and friends until they come back from the break. We have students from Queens, Nassau and Suffolk that represent over 100 churches. We also represent over 40 different school districts.
